Studio Lesson Policy

Tuition 

Invoices will be sent on the first of the month and tuition payment is due by the 5th of each month. Payment may be paid by cash, check, credit card, or Zelle. A $25 late fee automatically applies for payments made after the 5th.

60 Minute Lessons, $80 | 45 Minute Lessons, $65 | 30 Minute Lessons, $50

Lesson Policy

Lessons meet weekly and are scheduled in advance by semester. Please arrive on time for lessons. If you are late, your lesson time cannot push into another students lesson. Parents may sit in during lessons, or drop off their student for the duration of the lesson. 

If you are unable to attend your regular lesson, please give advance notice at the beginning of each month. In this instance, the lesson may be re-scheduled or skipped.

If you are unable to attend your regular lesson due to weather, illness, medical, or other emergency situations, we will schedule a make up lesson at a mutually agreeable time. All other cancellations are billable. If you must cancel a lesson for any reason, please provide as much notice as possible. 

If your teacher needs to cancel a lesson for any reason, she will make it up before your next lesson or credit a lesson for the following month if a make-up lesson is not possible. 

Refunds will not be issued for students who decide to discontinue lessons mid-month.
